I thought I had fitness figured out - until I joined Microsoft…

In my teens and early 20s, I was an athlete.

Taekwon-do, Kickboxing, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding - you name it, I done it.

Training was like my part-time job.

I even posted fitness content on YouTube and Instagram before it was cool.

In other words, I was "the fitness guy".

After college, I landed a gig at Microsoft.

My entire world changed overnight.

Wake up at the crack of dawn.

Commute over an hour into work.

Sit in front of a screen all day.

Try avoid the temping food.

Commute home again.

It was like corporate groundhog day.

A shock to the system for this intern.

I had every intention to hit the gym. Going as far as packing my gym bag in the morning. But dinner, a comfy couch and Netflix had other plans for me.

Plus, I finally had some big boy bucks.

So you best believe I was eating and drinking my way through Dublin's fair city every weekend.

And that took it's toll on my body and mind.

I was crawling through work, running on stress and flat whites - a far cry from my best self.

"This isn't who I am," I thought.

Then one afternoon, during the 3pm slump, my manager caught me dozing off during a meeting.

EMBARASSED was an understatement...

I had to get my shit together - FAST!

First - I fixed my sleep.

Now, instead of snoozing on the bus, I did an hour of work each way.

This bought back 10 hours of my week.

(and stopped me sleeping in meetings)

Second - I got back into the gym.

But instead of my usual 2 hour sessions, I squeezed in an hour at lunch.

Now when I got home at 6, I could relax.

Third - I drank less.

Instead of dreading Monday morning, I was ready to hit the ground running.

And I didn't feel the need to drink every Friday.

"I'm finally feeling like myself again," I thought.

It took some trial and error, but I figured it out.

I figured out how to fit health and fitness into my busy corporate job.

And that's when it hit me.

If "the fitness guy" is struggling to balance work and health - as an intern...

…then what about the REALLY busy professionals?

Seniors, managers and executives...

With crazy "stretch" targets and KPIs.

Juggling multiple responsibilities.

Calendars like a game of Tetris.

Managing teams of people.

Houses full of children.

Mortgages, bills, etc...

I realised the fitness industry doesn't cater to busy professionals.

Especially if you have kids!

You ALREADY KNOW you need to eat better and move more if you want to be fit and healthy.

The problem?

Staying consistent.

You can't just throw a diet and exercise plan on top of your busy schedule and cross your fingers it sticks.

Something always gets in the way.

Whether it's work, family or social events... something throws you off track and keeps you stuck in that "Start-Stop Cycle".

You lose and gain the same few kilos year after year.

Except for you, the stakes are higher.

You're not just self-conscious about your weight. You're staring down the barrel of serious health issues.

And if you have kids, those stakes are even higher.

You know you need a change.

But you're NOT sure what to do.

The reason you may feel "stuck" is because mainstream fitness doesn't work for busy professionals like you.

That's why I decided to leave Microsoft.

I merged my 10 years of fitness experience with my 12 months in-the-trenches as a professional...

…And thus, Fit Biz Pro was born…

And we created an
"Ultra-Personalized" approach to
health and fitness that fits your lifestyle.

And we created an
"Ultra-Personalized" approach to health and fitness that fits your lifestyle.

The biggest problem with most fitness programs is that they aren't personalized enough.

1. You sign up to a program.

Usually there's 10s if not 100s of other people in it.

2. The coach gathers some basic info about you.

i.e. your goals, diet and exercise preferences and maybe some lifestyle stuff.

3. You receive a "personalized" diet and exercise plan.

Usually, this is a template they edit slightly for each client.

4. You follow the plan.

Can't follow the plan? Sorry, that's on you.

Some coaches might change it, but many won't.

They have too many clients to keep up with.

There's 3 big reasons why
mainstream fitness fails to help
you lose weight and stay in shape…

There's 3 big reasons why
mainstream fitness fails to
help you lose weight and
stay in shape…

Reason #1:

You need to overhaul your life on Day 1.

Nutrition-wise, you either have to jump on a meal plan or start counting your calories.

Either way, it's extra time spent in the kitchen.

And you're often cooking separate meals to everyone else.

Exercise-wise?

You have to go from sitting all day to training several days per week AND hitting daily step targets.

The problem with going 0-100?

It sets you up to crash and burn.

Reason #2:

It's impossible to stick to a rigid plan 24/7.

As the saying goes:

"Everyone's got plan until they get punched in the mouth."

You might have great intentions to stick to your diet and exercise, but life throws the occasional spanner in the works.

Busy workweeks, social events, cold and flu, travelling, etc.

When you go "off plan", you feel like you "failed" and want to quit altogether.

That pesky "all or nothing" mindset keeps you stuck.

Reason #3:

Most programs focus on short-term results.

Promising big results in a short time is extremely lucrative, especially in weight loss.

Before & After pictures sell like crazy.

"I want that", we think.

But what about the "After After"?

The truth is, most people drop lots of weight, only to gain it back afterwards.

Most programs help you lose the weight.

But they don't always help you keep it off.

If you want this to be the last time you need to lose weight, you need a different approach.

Thankfully, this is NOT another fitness program.

Ultra-Personalized Coaching™️ is NOT a "custom" meal plan or "bespoke" workout program.

ChatGPT could give you that.

It's like having a tailor for your health and fitness goals.

We measure, cut and stitch every part of your plan to suit your goals, lifestyle, and even personality.

Like a fine-tailored suit, it's the perfect fit for you.

1. We get to know you as a Unique Person

You're not just someone who wants to "lose weight" or "get in shape".

You're a unique person with living a complex life of work demands, family responsibilities, social influences and more.

Not to mention the world inside your head.

The better we understand you.

The better we can help you.

The better your results.

2. We guide you through a Gradual Progression

Overhauling your life isn't sustainable or even necessary.

The "secret" to staying consistent is breaking down your goals into bite-sized steps you can take every week.

That's why our clients say it rarely feels "hard".

The power of a gradual progression.

3. We adapt to your Schedule and Lifestyle

Busy workweek ahead?

Cool - let's shorten the workouts so it's easier to fit them in.

Work event or night out?

Nice - let's fit it into your nutrition so you can enjoy yourself.

Last week was a shit-show?

That's okay - let's come up with a better plan for next week.

Rinse and repeat every week.

Mainstream health and fitness rarely does this intimate level of personalization.

That's why so many people fail year after year.

Ultra-Personalized Coaching™️ may be the
key to ending the years of struggle and
gaining control of your health.

Ultra-Personalized Coaching™️ may be the key to ending the years of struggle and gaining control of your health.

Ultra-Personalized Coaching™️ helps you balance Work, Health and Life.

Whether you're a professional, executive or business owner...

Whether you have a house full of screaming children...

Whether you like to "work hard, play hard"...

Ultra-Personalized Coaching™️ can get you looking, feeling and performing your best.

No matter how busy or hectic life gets.

Ultra-Personalized Coaching™️ helps you achieve "Deep Health".

This is not just about losing weight and looking great.

This is about thriving in all areas of health - physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental, and if it tickles your pickle, spiritual.

We call this "Deep Health".

Physical. Having a fit and strong body you feel confident in, enjoying the activities you love - whether it's hiking with friends or playing with your kids.

Mental. Being able to focus, think clearly and get more done - letting you perform better at work and get ahead in your career.

Emotional. Feeling a more consistent, positive mood whilst being able to regulate negative feelings without food or alcohol.

Social. Having a deeper sense of connection to the people in your life - supported and respected by family and friends (and vice versa).

Environmental. Feeling supported by your surroundings so doing the things you know you should become easier - and the things you shouldn't harder.

Spiritual. Feeling a greater sense of gratitude, purpose and joy in life - living in alignment with your values and ideals.

In other words, it's about "having it all".

Most of all...

Ultra-Personalized Coaching™️ helps you make a Lasting Change.

This is NOT a shortcut, quick fix or life hack.

This is NOT another fitness fad that's here today and gone tomorrow.

This is NOT the start of another yo-yo diet.

This is the real deal.

Ultra-Personalized Coaching™️ helps you build the mindset, habits and skills needed to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.

To set you up for the next 20, 30, 40+ years.

To pass onto your children.

And your children's children.

"That sounds life-changing."

Yeah, it's supposed to be!

Now, you're probably wondering:

"How do YOU actually get there?"

It all starts with The 3 Big Pillars....

Pillar I: Flexible Eating

Pillar I:
Flexible Eating

Strict diets are hard to stick to - especially if you have a busy job, young kids or social life.

In fact, research shows:

• 6 in 7 people can lose at least 10% of their weight.

• But within 3 years, 95% of people regain the weight

• And approximately 50% of people regain more weight.

So not only do most diets fail, they may even leave you heavier in the long run.

Not to mention the mental side.

The more you "yo-yo", the more you doubt yourself and the harder it is to lose weight.

Alas, there is no need to despair.

Flexible Eating is a sustainable approach to weight loss that's been transforming the lives of millions of people across the world.

The idea is simple.

If you want to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit - duh!

But you don't need to follow a strict diet.

You just need to follow "The 80/20 Rule".

80% of your food = mostly whole, minimally processed foods.

Lean proteins, fruit and veg, whole grains, healthy fats, etc...

i.e. "the good stuff"

This fills you up for little calories so you never go hungry.

20% of your food = whatever the hell you want.

Satisfy your sweet tooth.

Take your partner out for dinner.

Have a few drinks with your friends.

This lets you lose weight without losing your sanity or social life.

The best part?

You don't need to overhaul your diet.

The changes are small and gradual.

Pillar II: Time-Effective Training

Pillar II:
Time-Effective Training

Contrary to popular belief, workouts don't need to be long to be effective.

In fact, that can often be counterproductive.

1. Long workouts are hard to fit into a busy schedule, so they often never happen.

2. Even if you have the time, you don't always have the energy - especially after a long day.

The result?

Working out feels like a chore and you struggle to stay consistent.

The worst part?

You know there's gaps in your calendar to workout but you get sucked into email or social media.

You don't need to miss out anymore.

Time-Effective Training can help you build a fit, strong and muscular physique in as little as 90 minutes per week.

Of course, you can do more.

But you don't need to.

We'll build you a "High ROI" training program that gets you the most return on your time invested into training.

And it doesn't even need to be at the gym.

You decide where, when and how you want to train.

Kettlebell at home, out on the bike, hotel gym, etc.

As a result - it's easier to fit into your schedule, the sessions are more enjoyable and

you can get into a consistent routine.

The best part?

You're not just getting a time-effective training program, you're building a body that stands the test of time.

A body that still functions in your 60s, 70s and 80s.

Pillar III: Client-Led Coaching

Pillar III:
Client-Led Coaching

Most of the fitness industry does "Coach-Led" Coaching.

Coach says, "Jump!"

You say, "How high?"

If you can't follow the coach's plan, that's your fault. You're not "motivated" or "disciplined" enough.

I cringe even writing that...

Obviously this approach doesn't work.

And not only does it NOT work, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth when it comes to fitness.

That's why I prefer Client-Led Coaching.

While I may be the health and fitness expert, you're the expert on YOU and your life.

When our brains collide, *that's when* the magic happens.

Instead of telling you what to do, I ask:

"Hey Mr. Client, I have some ideas for what you could do - but I'd love to hear yours first?"

I'll never tell you what to do. Unless you ask me to.

You're in the drivers seat and I'm like your health GPS.

Client-Led Coaching works so well because it's based on Behaviour Change Psychology.

Nobody likes being told what to do.

That's why giving advice rarely works.

But when you come up with the ideas yourself, you feel more motivated to take action.

Because it's YOU deciding what YOU do.

In the end, you become your own coach, leading yourself to better health.
